Proof of delivery: what you get with every FastQix drop
A delivery is not done when the rider says so. It is done when the record shows it. This is what that record holds.
A photo at the handoff
The rider photographs the parcel at the point of handoff. It is attached to the delivery record as soon as it uploads; it is not a photo that lives on the rider's phone.
A time stamp for every stage
Assigned, heading to pickup, picked up, in transit and delivered are each logged the moment they happen. The times are set by the system, not typed in later.
Who received it
The recipient name is recorded with the drop-off. For business runs the same applies to every stop on the route.
A named rider and bike
Each record names the rider and the motorbike used. FastQix runs its own fleet, so there is always a person and a machine to account for.
How to ask for a record
Quote the delivery reference (it starts with FQX) to the desk on WhatsApp or by phone and a dispatcher shares the record with you.
