1. Who controls your information
FastQix (“FastQix”) controls the personal information collected through the Contact Us form for communication, support, and service-information discussions. Our published contact address is Ashale Botwe Nmai Dzorn Rd, Accra, Ghana. Privacy and correction requests may be sent to support@fastqix.com.
2. Information we collect
The Contact Us form collects your name, topic, message, consent time, and at least one reply channel: a Ghana phone number or email address. You may optionally provide an existing FastQix reference for support or a complaint. We also retain the bounded page path associated with the message. The form does not ask for delivery routes, recipient details, exact addresses, coordinates, package details, schedules, volumes, payment information, or photographs.
3. Why we use it
We use these details to understand and respond to your message, provide service information, support an existing delivery, handle complaints or privacy requests, prevent abuse, and maintain an accountable record of staff actions. A website submission is a contact message only and is not converted into an operational delivery.
4. Who receives it
Authorized FastQix staff can access the full message. Staff notification channels use only the information needed to alert the team and direct them to the protected administrative record. Hosting, email, communications, storage, and support providers may process limited information on FastQix’s behalf under appropriate safeguards.
5. Retention and anonymization
Resolved and spam contact messages are scheduled for anonymization after the configured retention period, currently expected to default to 365 days. Relevant operational or legal records may follow a separate lawful retention period. Security logs and backups may also follow separate, documented retention periods.
6. Security
FastQix uses access controls, authenticated admin routes, database safeguards, validation, throttling, audit records, and limited-content notifications to reduce unauthorized access or disclosure. No system is risk-free; suspected privacy or security incidents should be reported through the published contact channel.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable Ghanaian law, you may request access to, correction of, or lawful deletion or restriction of your personal information, and may raise an objection or complaint about its use. We may need to verify your identity and the relevant FastQix reference before acting.
8. Complaints and regulator
Please contact FastQix first so we can investigate. You may also contact Ghana’s Data Protection Commission where applicable. Final regulator, registration, and complaint-procedure wording must be verified before launch.
9. Updates
We may update this notice when services, providers, or legal obligations change. The version shown when a contact message is submitted is recorded with that message.
